Primary
Checking Account
This is your primary
checking account transaction screen. It contains all of your account
transactions, including your bill payments. Your balance is shown at
the bottom of the screen.
Items that have
not cleared are green for easy identification.

Bill
Payment
This is the reoccurring
transaction screen. Notice that it has both your scheduled bills and
deposits. Double click a row to display a payment widow allowing you
enter the details for that payment. You can change the payment method,
payment date, payment amount and enter a memo specific to the payment.
Items that are late
are in red, items due today are in green.
When you save the
entry, a transaction is entered into your checking register and the
bill/deposting is automatically advanced to the next payment date.

Miscellaneous
Accounts Register
This screen contains
all of your miscellaneous accounts and the transaction for each account.
There is no limit
to the number of miscellaneous accounts you can have.
Primary checking
account transactions involving miscellaneous accounts are automatically
linked. Changing the amount in a misc transaction automatically changes
the linked transaction in the primary checking register so you don't
have to.

There are additional screens to store your Credit Card and Web Page information
as well as an Admin screen assist you in maintaining your system parameters
and user information.
